The night shift staff (reception ) attitude is very bad. Tv not working in our two rooms, i informed to that guy,he said complaint through “BOOKING APP” because you booked through the app“. He have no responsibility to app booked customers. That situation i need sudden action. It will can solve only there spotted property staff,it is common logic.
