I liked the facilities overall. Nice rooms, nice garden and very nice decorated lodges. A lot of detail

The service, mainly the restaurant, is very poor. Having breakfast takes ages even when they only offer eggs cooked in different ways. Avoid having a special event / dinner here, we did for new years and was extremely disappointing and overpriced

We liked the gardens and the wonderful staff.

Beautiful rooms and exceptional gardens in a relatively peaceful location looking over San Augustin. It even has its own tiny but beautiful chapel. Enjoying a beer on our private balcony watching humming birds darting around the flowers in the late afternoon is a great memory. The restaurant was simple but excellent with very friendly staff. The weather allowed is to eat outside for both breakfast and dinner with lovely views. Their laundry service was very quick and efficient.

There is no swimming pool, which we knew before we arrived, but a pool to relax by after visiting all the amazing archaeological sites would be a nice addition.

The property is impeccably maintained. The gardens are beautiful and the overall atmosphere is almost magical in its warmth and beauty.

There is virtually nothing to not like about this site.
