The staff went beyond a level of service I have ever encountered before. I left my camera behind. My destination, Africa Burn has no cell phone signal. The staff persevered until they had contacted me. I was able to collect it on my return journey. I truly appreciate their diligence and high standard of care.

The staff were exceptional and helpful. Special shout out to Felicia, who was lovely and very helpful when I was trying to make the booking . We enjoyed our stay so much that we made another booking for the following night as well.

We have no complaints

The people are very nice and accommodating, they allowed us to wait for a tow truck after our car broke down and contacted us after we left our car to get some food and were very happy to have us..

The area is cold though the aircon compensated

The place was clean. The bedding was crisp.

I had to ask for coffee. Received 2 sachets. One of the three cups were cracked. No cutlery, plates or shampoo, conditioner, shower gell or soap. In the middle of the night I realized the fridge was not switched on.

Reception was fantastic
