Clean, reasonably quiet in my back room with attached bathroom, very nice bedding, towels, ok breakfast, convenient parking on the grounds.

The place didn't feel welcoming. There is a roaring wood fireplace with comfortable sofas around it but no invitation was made to use that area. In fact, it felt like the owners private area even though you have to walk through it to reach your room. The rooms were centrally heated around 3 hours in the evening and unless you stay in bed the rest of the time, there is no way to stay warm. In fact, I caught a cold. I strongly recommend the owners to put independent heaters in the rooms so guests can control the temperature in their own rooms, or welcome them to use the heated living space which currently appears to be reserved for themselves. Finally, when I returned from a hike for my final night's stay, the owners had during the day quite inconsiderately applied a potent smelling oil-based wood paint which stank out the whole house including permeating into my room. It was very difficult to sleep the last night. I didn't want to make a fuss at the time because it wouldn't have changed anything. Just not happy about how low the priority of guest comforts appears to be at this property.

"Comodidad y buen lugar para descansar"

El lugar esta muy buen ubicado, a menos de 10 minutos en vehículo para llegar a Malalcahuello donde se pueden comprar víveres. La atención es muy personalizada y la habitación muy cómoda. De pasada, disponen de bicicletas para arrendar para poder recorrer sin problemas la ciclovía que se encuentra entre Manzanar y Malalcahuello.

Hermosa cabaña, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza, está cerca de dos ríos y se puede llegar facil por un lindo sendero. La cabaña es muy acogedora, bien calefaccionada y con una linda vista desde el balcón hacia un entorno natural. Está ubicada muy cerca de la ciclovía de Malalcahuello, lo que la hace perfecta para volver con nuestras bicicletas en una próxima visita. Muchas gracias a Francisco por su excelente atención.

Beautiful spot and well done. Bathroom was very nice and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and flexible.
