As soon as we entered the hotel grounds, we loved it. So open, peaceful, tranquil and right on the river with an amazing backdrop of the mountains. Our cabin was perfect with two little balconies and a view of the river and the mountains. Service and staff were fantastic. Food and breakfast was great. Location was nicely tucked away from the bustle of Port St Johns. We also did a little adventure drive to the top of the mountain for an incredible view and the fun AirStrip!

There was a bit of building work going on right behind our room.

The location was incredible, the kitchen and the team there are excellent their door was literally at a different level.

The renovations and complete lack of privacy when at my room was too much. Even guests were passing by staring into the room or right at me.

The Hotel was amazing, its located right next to the street, however you did not hear any noice what so ever. The Hotel is next to the river, offering canoeing when weather conditions allow it. We did a 90 min message which was outstanding for the price we paid. I also want to mention that we arrived on 5 motorbikes, as soon as we settled in the staff of the hotel offered to wash the picks by hand for a very far price which was amazing.
