This is rural Romania at its best. Warm hospitality, generosity and friendliness. This is a perfect place if you are looking for a genuine experience of rural Romania. The setting in the mountains is beautiful. You are greeted with a glas of plum brandy when you arrive. The host will also help you buy home made cheese from a neighbour if you wish. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The place has a small bar, but offers no meals. There is a large common kitchen, but stock up with all the food you need before arrival. The road leading up to the guesthouse is narrow and winding but with good tarmac surface. The host also offers the possibility to have a hair cut as she is a trained hair dresser.
