MYI like staying at Northern Hotel because my meeting place is nearby, which makes it very convenient for me. First of all, I would like to thank the staff for being very kind, humble, and helpful. I travelled from Ipoh to Sungai Petani for training with my OKU mother. Since our check-in time was only at 2pm, I didn’t want my mother to wait in the car for several hours. The hotel staff were very understanding. They took good care of my mother and managed to arrange a room for us by 11am. They even helped to escort my mother safely to the room. This thoughtful service truly made me feel happy and grateful. Thank you for your kindness and excellent hospitality.
