Tall Trees Glamping

The tents are located in a very private area surrounded by beautiful trees, we could pick pears and apples from the trees on site and the pears were delicious! The room was incredibly comfortable, it had everything we needed and more, we loved using the fireplace to keep the space warm and cosy, we also loved that the bed can be heated!

Everything is perfect and the only issue for me was the bathroom. The bathroom is located in a separate room where you have to go outside to get to, it was okay when the weather was nice but we encountered a rain and wind storm during our stay there and when we needed to use the toilet at night it was not very pleasant. The bathroom also gets pretty wet and humid and bugs love being there.

What can I say? This place was absolutely amazing! Fantastic hosts when we arrived! Beautiful lodges and a lovely view or the tor from where we were! The lodge catered for all - my boys loved the quirky bed cupboard and we welcomed the access to board games from the games room on site - the beds were wonderfully comfortable! The shower facilities - each private - were clean and modern! The shower was soooo good after a long day travelling This place was dog friendly and my little pooch loved roaming freely just in front of the property. We unfortunately were only able to stay for one night despite booking two due to family stuff but we are definitely making sure that we come back again! It was a wonderful opportunity to unwind, switch off and just enjoy being together as a family!

There is nothing that I didn’t like! It was a wonderful stay and nothing was too much from the lovely hosts!

Fresh flowers , layout and design, shower room location and comfort, comfy beds,peaceful location, we saw a pair of barn owls and bats, woodburner and plenty of wood. Luxurious feel. Veranda outside.
