The lodges are in a perfect location if you want to relax! It is absolutely beautiful. There’s a small playground to keep the kids busy and there’s a private stony beach too which is gorgeous. Check in was easy and host Natalie was very helpful. Very close to lots of beautiful scenery- mountains and lakes and beautiful to drive around. Would definitely return!

Nothing!

"Comfortable Lodges in beautiful peaceful location with helpful host"

9.0

The lodge was very clean and comfortable and the location is beautiful . We enjoyed our time there . It was very peaceful .Contact with the site was good and it was very easy to get in to the property . Plenty of room to relax inside and outside . Not far to get into town by car , with cafes and local shops as well as a supermarket . Beara Peninsular is a great area of Ireland to visit with wonderful scenery and interesting places to spend time at

Perhaps a prominent plan of the site near the entrance to help locate the lodge as it took us a little while to find the right part of the site . We did have a tiny bat get into the lodge but it was quite easy to persuade it to fly out again once it detected an open window . The property is near to woodland so guess it must have got in from there . It's worth reading the instructions about how the hot water works as we didn't give it our full attention and wished we had done so.
