Treehotel

Interesting architecture and a nice 3-course meal in the restaurant. Helpful staff, when the booking for the spa was missing.

The short version - overpriced. It is far (1,25 hour) from Luleå airport, so calculate approx 2.700 SEK per way to cab. Arranging hotel transfer to a reasonable price, is recommendable Icedinner - 3.000 SEK per person, for transport (2,5 km), a homemade, however simple three course meal and a bottle of wine, is to much. Cozy evening but...

Staying in the Biosphere treehouse at the Treehotel was a truly unique experience. The architecture and design were impressive, and the views of the surrounding landscape from the treehouse were breathtaking. The en-suite facilities, including the private sauna, shower, and rooftop access, added to the exclusivity and comfort of the stay. The food was delicious, and the pre-arrival communication was efficient and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

The receptionist instructed me to clear the room by 11 AM as new guests were arriving and to have my luggage ready, but when I returned from lunch at 1:30 PM, I found my luggage still in the room, which meant I had been misled. The Forest Spa, which was an additional charge, did not feel worth the price and should have been included with each room. Additionally, the Forest sauna was disappointingly cold due to the floor being open to the outside environment. In the treehouse itself, the shower area lacked curtains or blinds, which made it feel exposed and diminished privacy.

The property is in a great location in the Swedish Lapland and can serve as a base for enjoying activities in the area. The design is unique and the staff is stellar.

There is a dire need for professional decoration and maintenance. Everything functioned properly but esthetically it needs some TLC.

The cabins are unique and have the power to bring us back to childhood. Really loved the experience

The only thing was having once single common shower for everyone at the Tree hotel cabins. Doesn't inspire much confidence in the cleaness and availability and the time we need.

I like the stuff they are so welcoming. Everything was beyong our expectations. The room, the nature, the hotel.
