"Only found put booking cancelled 10 minutes before arrival."

Stay was cancelled before we arrived - Booked in the evening before we were due to arrive. We’re in the National Park with no internet coverage so did not receive message about cancellation until 10 minutes before we were due to arrive. I can understand cancellation of people did not arrive at time advised but felt this was unfair. Basically arrived at 7pm in evening to cancelled booking and had to go find an alternative then. Said there was an issue with credit card but it has worked with all our previous bookings and bookings made since. Very disappointing.

"Traumhafter Bungalow mit Blick auf den Fjord"

Ich war oben im Bungalow und er war einfach super schön - meine schönste Unterkunft in Chile. Der Bungalow ist total schön ausgestattet, hell und sehr ruhig, man fühlt sich einfach wohl dort. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, man kann mit ihm super auf englisch per Whats App schreiben, wenn man selbst kein spanisch kann, er ist sehr freundlich und hilft mit allem weiter. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt.

Es war alles klasse, was ich jetzt schreibe, ist jammern auf hohem Niveau: Die Heizung ist nur schwer regulierbar, es ist entweder sehr kalt oder sehr warm. Man kann sie aber z.B. nachts einfach auslassen und morgens anmachen, der Bungalow ist schnell warm.

Zimmer sehr chic und kreativ eingerichtet, super sauber, Personal super freundlich und hilfreich

Leider fiel das warme Wasser aus, würde aber sofort in Ordnung gebracht. Ich wundere mich, dass das Bed keine Lüftung hat.

"Everything we needed for a great stay in Puerto Natales"

The location was perfect. Very close to the best restaurants, attractions, and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They kept our luggage while we were hiking and had it back in our room when we got back. It was a nice room with a great picture window and a very friendly cat.
