No TV or at least electric kettle

The location is fine being 5 mins walk from the nearest beach and 2 mins from the dining hub (MJ Square). The room was pleasant if sparse and aircon/wifi excellent

Water is solar heated, so never able to have a hot shower until the afternoon. Promised toiletries etc not complete (no soap). Room could do with some minor repairs - a ceiling panel was hanging down loose. Only once during my 8 days did I see any member of staff and that was only when flood water from excessive rain was being dispelled outside my room. No attempt was made to check in on me to see if all ok and no attempt was made to clean the room. The hotel is effectively a small number of rooms above outlets in a commercial plaza and quite near the main road in Santa Fe. If you are looking for the ultimate beach holiday experience with all the trimmings, then this is not for you. If you are looking for a reasonably priced base from which to explore, then its fine

it was cheap, super clean and good size. if you are looking for some facilities you won’t find it here. but if you are looking for budget but really decent rooms this is your choice. we are traveling around Asia for a long time, so we need to keep it cheap but still comfortable. we haven’t seen any insect during our staying. you will find a simple but clean room.

the aircon is super noisy (we had to turned it off to be able to sleep a bit), and off course it was insanely hot, because there isn’t any fan. also no cleaning or changing towels during our week. you will wake up first hour in the morning because of the sun light coming through the windows and also the family who runs the house LOVES to make a HUGE scandal every day around 6.30 am I front of your door. like the lady yelling at the kids, and towards the entire family, fixing and hitting things. at the begging we thought it was a joke. there was no way to make that huge and long scandal so early in the morning. but it was like this every single day. around 9 the stopped. but it was too late 🥲.

First of all nanay is very accomodating. Kota beach is walking distance. Near from most of the restaurants. Very accessible. Perfect for solo travellers!

The location is just near the beach. Wifi connection is great! Best for those who are working remotely. The staff were very accommodating. Looking forward to stay here again next year during the holy week.

aircon did not get cold all through out our stay and another thing when we went out to buy some stuff someone go inside our room and turn off the aircon since there is a sign "please turn off lights and aircon when you go out" but we turn it on in a hope that our room will get cold during at night
