Hopewell Lodge

This is an exceptional place to stay. It is a unique experience to take the boat over to the lodge. We were fortunate to have good weather both trips. Upon arrival we were greeted by our wonderful hosts with cake and coffee. The accommodations are modern, very clean, a good size rooms with quality linens and furniture. The bed is very comfortable. The views from the rooms are beautiful. The shared kitchen is very clean, with abundant quality kitchen supplies and room. They have all the gear for utilizing their outdoor equipment. All the guests were treated to a night of mussels and homemade bread by the hosts which was exceptional. You can be as busy or laid back as you desire at this location. It really does have something for everyone. The Hosts and staff all went above and beyond to ensure your stay is great.

There is not anything to not like about this property. Lynley and Mike have worked extremely hard to build this oasis and maintain it to a very high standard.

The location of this lodge is exceptional and the owners and staff could not have done a better job of making our stay enjoyable. Muscle night was a real treat, the icing on the cake.

The location was mind-blowing! Our hosts were fabulous. The meals they provided were outstanding. The mussells, bread and sauces......OMG! The pizza was fantastic, and even barista coffee. The facilities were excellent....kayaks, SUPs, boats with fishing equipment and bait supplied, bicycles....everything you could ask for. The cottage was devine. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Love the location and of course Lyn and Mike - such wonderful hosts! 3rd time visiting and can’t wait to come back again in the future!

Lynley and Mike are fabulous hosts. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Hopewell is a stunning location. For us it was utter perfection.
