The room is very stuffy and hot, the fan is old, noisy and unable to cool the room. There are many insects in the room and bathroom, dim lighting, and no furniture on the terrace as shown in the photo. The Wi-Fi barely works in the room. There was no hot water in the room. The bed is very short for a height of 172 cm. If you order a taxi through the hotel from the airport, they overcharge by $50. The normal price is $35. The most unpleasant experience was when we booked a tour through the hotel. Firstly, the price for the Blue Safari tour through the hotel was $50, while everywhere else it was offered for $40. This is a group trip - 6 people are transported in a car. Our tour was cancelled due to bad weather. When we arrived at the bay, there was a storm and the tour was cancelled. We were taken back and charged $30, although no service was provided at all. The tour agency does not check the weather and is not responsible for anything.

Location, beach in front of the bungalows, ok breakfast.

We had 8 bungalows. The see view it is not really see view, but all bungalows are near the see. A little old, from 6 days only 2 days had water at shower, however, the reception tried to help us

Beach was ok.

No alcohol served. The bungolov I stayed had no air condition. The bathroom was awful. No electricity outside of the bungalov. When you walk to the room you open your phone light. Internet was served only in restaurant area, no internet in the rooms. No shampoo, no soap.... I have arrived in the afternoon and left the next morning. Asked for refund but rejected. So bad experience I had.

its a beach front . next to other beach fronts on Jambiani beach . pleasant view and solitude as per the taste. good for tourist with mobility for gettings things if required from the nearby shops and restaurants .

- stunning view on the ocean - on the beach - delicious and full breakfast - comfortable bed - helpful staff

- cleaning service could be better (come on time when requested, leave toilet paper every time, change bedding every time, not clean while talking on the phone with someone - it is making cleaning much longer...) - water pressure or temperature was not perfect all the time

straight on the beach, nice house and nice location excellent if you looking to rest and relax. paje is not far to go from here.
