Everything is good

Food was decent. Rooms were clean

The bathrooms are extremely rundown and way below standards of even a 2 star hotel. It was extremely cold in the night, there were no heaters in the room and the staff refused to put a bonfire.

Its rural location and view of the mountains. The food was good and the staff were lovely.

It was very cold overnight. More sheets/blankets would be good.

The staff was very welcoming and did accommodate a lot of our requests. The hotel is in a quiet, remote place, and we were looking for some peacefulness after the buzz of the cities. If you use Google maps to drive there be cautious, the shortest route provided by Google maps is definitely not a good one to take. You have to come through Sita Mata Rd instead. still not a paved road but a far better option :)

We were there end of December and it was cold. The bedrooms/cottages have no insulation and no heating, so we were freezing. Even if the staff provided us with additional blankets we were cold inside the bedroom. The shower head was only connected to the hot water, the cold water pipe was connected to a separate faucet, so taking a shower was a real challenge! The outdoors needed some maintenance too (grass cutting for example). They have a great space but it could have been better with some maintenance.

Loved the staff and the owner, Mr. Jai, was extremely welcoming and helpful.

The location was a bit far, but there were autos readily available, so we didn't have to face any problems.
