Чудове місцерозташування з видом на гори, доступні ціни, привітний і чуйний господар та персонал, великий басейн з підігрівом і зручними лежаками, простора і затишна територія бази відпочинку, мангальні зони і бесідки поруч. Будиночки з брусу укомплектовані всім необхідним та зручностями. Є можливість піднятись в гори, помилуватися краєвидами і позбирати грибів.

Дещо слабка звукоізоляція в будиночку, скриплять балконні двері, місцями потребує незначного косметичного ремонту та оновлення побутової техніки
