Nicely laid out, our room was spacious and comfortable

Restaurant closed earlier than we expected (and advertised), maybe due to low season. Not a big problem as there are plenty of restaurants in town, but it would have been helpful to know.

Beautiful property with proximity to all major activities in the area. Breakfast was also great.

The food in the restaurant was fantastic. The staff were brilliant in particular Anthony who answered all questions. It was very close to Treetopia which was great and also the monteverde ecological sanctuary was very beautiful nearby. The scenery was beautiful and there was an intimate feeling to the place and each room was very private.

The lift wasn't working during our stay. Journey from SJO airport at night during bad weather was difficult with the roads but definitely worth it.

The grounds are beautiful and the location is very convenient.

Nothing. The rooms are very nice, but pretty basic.

Beautiful property, the pictures don’t do it justice. So beautiful in person. Very close to Monteverde with car. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff outstanding and friendly.

Not walking distance to town

El trato y amabilidad del personal es excelente. El entorno dentro del hotel es precioso. Habitaciones muy limpias.

No es una pega, pero aire acondicionado en las habitaciones sería un plus.
