Mitten in der Natur. Sehr schöne Lage. Kein Luxus - aber alles was wir benötigen. Für das Frühstück war alles da. Jose hat uns super beraten und bei allen Buchungen unterstützt. Sogar den Versand unserer vergessenen Klamotten in unser Hotel in San José konnte er organisieren.

Perfecto para los amantes de la naturaleza, las vacas, la tranquilidad. Entorno precioso.El personal super amable. Reservamos 3 casas.Los de la casa grande estaban encantados, los del estudio algo menos. Pero es un buen sitio para quedarse en monteverde, muy cerca de selvatura.

El tener que revisar ropa, cama y zapatos para ver si había algún bicho. Entra la luz porque las cortinas no van hasta arriba. Techo de madera y cristal con la lluvia no es lo ideal para dormir.

I hate to give less than a perfect review because this is such a cool place. The location and views are unbelievable. Very close to Monteverde activities and quiet/private. The staff members we met were amazing, too. Very kind, professional, and helpful. They provided fresh milk, juice, eggs, butter, and several other items for breakfast that were delicious and very appreciated. You do share the property with a dairy farm, but the cabins are far enough away from the farm that you can't tell most of the time unless you happen to see the cows grazing on the hills!

The negatives: the walls are so thin. This is amazing for hearing wind and rain if you like nature and white noise to sleep like we do! However, we could constantly hear people at other cabins in the mornings and evenings, which made it very hard to relax. There was also a bad chemical smell in the house for the first day (some type of cleaner) we stayed that did eventually dissipate, but it made us both feel a little sick. Those said, we did really enjoy the people, location, and property! Nothing but good things to say about the rest of our stay!
