Everything about Cheetah Ridge was beautiful! The facilities were amazing, every single member of staff was delightful, every detail had been thought through.

The staff were absolutely amazing!!! Their attentiveness and willingness to be of assistance really made it very special for us:):)

The place is absolutely amazing. Kitchen staff friendly and professional and food tasty. Our game drive guide Mlu Mbongwa was exceptional and very passionate about his job and goes out of his way to satisfy visitors during the game drives

The gate of the reserve where you enter and exit the reserve, they have wires that you have to drive over, these wires damaged the bottom of my car when I was leaving since I was traveling in a sedan car. When I enquired about these wires the guy stationed at the gate of the reserve told me that these wires discourages animals from entering the gate and attacking him. This gate is for all lodges there not just Cheetah Ridge. My assessment of the situation is that the owners of the lodges including Cheetah are not doing anything to protect our sedan cars as customers, their focus is only to protect the person at the gate and to prevent animals from running out of the reserve. Protecting our cars must be as important since the guy at the gate indicated that most sedan cars get damaged because of these wires/cables and management of the reserve has been informed about it numerously.

Es ist einfach ein Traum, einer Unterkunft und auch der Blick ist einfach ein Traum, egal, wo man hinschaut. Das Personal ist extrem aufmerksam und erfüllt wirklich jeden Wunsch, auch die Getränke an der Bar sind für All Inclusive ein absolutes Highlight und dann kommt noch der großartige Weinkeller mit einer unfassbaren Auswahl. Mein Mann und ich würden jederzeit wiederkommen um dieses einzigartige Erlebnis nochmals zu erleben und freuen uns auf alles, was die Lodge noch zu bieten hat in der Zukunft.

The bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. Very modern. Great food and our guide amounted did a very good job.
