We were forced to stay there 2 nights and one day. The room given was very congested and dirty. The toilet and bathroom were not cleaned and hence felt rotten smell. Even one chair was not in the room. We have already suffered. Then why should we respond now🥺

I keep doing msgs on what's app number there is no response from other side They don't rep don't read msgs Sply cz of language problm i told them to reply in msgs Cz staff english pronunciation is not good on call but no responce from hotel side In fact I called twice for my query They rudly n loudly rep on call "MADaM wHats YoUr problem " They don't kw how to talk

There reception staff who attends call They are very rude on call ....
