Beautiful landscape and surroundings . The view from my bungalow was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen .

There was a problem with ordering food, because no one here speaks a word of English . Although we communicated through google translate, there were some problems with our order. Two times we didn’t get what we ordered. But I think It was only because of communication mismatch .

Manager was helpful despite not being there, other than that nothing. The view was nice.

We were completely alienated from the moment we checked in. I don’t know if the farm doesn’t cater to international tourists but this was the worst experience we have had by far travelling south east Asia. We make every effort to communicate in the native language even if this means via google translate. We explained to staff we were checking in and the lady said nothing, just ran up to our room, turned some lights on and ran out. Our room wasn’t clean, there was hair on the floor and door hadn’t been closed properly so bugs everywhere. I expect some bugs in a farm of course but there were SO many. I had seen via reviews that food is provided on-site but no one explained how it works with ordering. When we went downstairs, the staff ignored us. I had to message the manager to try and get some assistance. Other guests were being served lots of different food but we were told by the manager via message that there was only a fish hotpot - this wasn’t true as other guests were being served a variety of food. This was only 6:30pm so it was not late and I don’t know why we couldn’t order food from the menu. Luckily there was a pot of noodles in the room or else we wouldn’t have had dinner which I think is shocking. The staff completely ignored us and from the moment we got there they made us feel SO unwelcome. I actually felt really upset at the whole experience. I shouldn’t have to message the manager who isn’t at the property to try and get served by staff who are 5cm away from me. The manager was extremely helpful before, during and after our stay so I might have had a different experience if she was there. Shame as it is a beautiful place but the staff completely ignored us, made us feel so unwelcome and really soured the whole experience for both of us. Disappointing as we make every effort to try and communicate in local languages and never treat tourists or foreigners like that. We felt so unwelcome we actually only stayed for 1 night instead of 2.

The locate is great with the view of Ta Dung lake. The decoration of the homestay is also nice. The homestay also provide free coffee.

The food is so so. The breakfast "bun bo" is very bad.

Food for dinner snd breakfast were delicious. The location is perfect

The view is magnificent and the owner is super enthusiastic and helpful.

Information about the surcharge is fragmented and not clear, leading to several misunderstandings but the problem was solved with positive attitude in the end.
