- Clean linen - Clean bathroom - Pleasant location (not close to the town center, but is surrounded by another beautiful houses and tennis courtes) - No problem with parking - Pleasant owner

- The kitchen wasn't clean and there aren't enough cups, because I couldn't find them (probably other guests could take it)
