Staff were very warm and helpful Especially Vong. Food was lovely and views are outstanding.

Having to leave it wonderful place

Staff were wonderful, as was the view.

There are a lot of potholes in the approaching road, which we felt a bit sorry for the taxi companies collecting us from the property.

Cama y habitación limpias. El personal muy servicial y atento. El desayuno muy bueno. El hotel está a 15 min del centro de Sapa en Grabb.

El acceso es difícil si vas con maletas, ya que tiene escaleras para acceder (aunque el recepcionista siempre te ayuda)

Прекрасный отель и находится в прекрасном месте. Бунгало красивые, уютные. Кровать немного жёсткая, но удобная. На завтрак очень вкусная еда (было включено в бронирование). Потрясающие свежевыжатые соки, фрукты, горячее. 2 вечера из трех ужинали в отеле по меню. Готовят очень вкусно. Вообще нет смысла искать кафе в городе, т.к в отеле вкусно и разумные цены! Вечером пили вкусные коктейли, мммм, делали с душой :) С утра просыпаешься и вид из бунгало завораживает. То невероятный туман, то видно далеко-далеко. Территория отеля очень красивая. Всё сказочное. Персонал очень вежливый, приятный и помогает в возникающих вопросах. 2 дня гуляли по горам. Оборудованные тропы, чуть ли не везде можно вызвать такси, когда потребуется. В отеле можно заказать гида. Но в целом как минимум 2 длинных маршрута, которые мы прошли, не требуют помощи гида It's a lovely hotel and it's in a great location. The bungalows are beautiful and cozy. The bed is a little hard, but comfortable. Delicious food for breakfast (it was included in the booking). Amazing fresh juices, fruits, hot drinks. 2 evenings out of three had dinner at the hotel according to the menu. The food is delicious. There's no point in looking for a cafe in the city, because the hotel is delicious and reasonably priced! In the evening we drank delicious cocktails, mmmm, they did it with hearts :) You wake up in the morning and the view from the bungalow is mesmerizing. It's an incredible fog, then you can see far, far away. The hotel grounds are very beautiful. Everything is fabulous. The staff is very polite, pleasant and helpful in any questions that arise. We walked in the mountains for 2 days. Equipped trails, almost everywhere you can call a taxi when needed. A guide can be arranged at the hotel. But in general, at least 2 long routes that we have completed do not require the help of a guide.

Надо понимать, что вы находитесь в горах, где много различной живности. Это прекрасно) Это не минус :) It should be understood that you are in the mountains, where there are many different animals. That's great) This is not a negative :)

Prachtige omgeving en uitzicht vanuit de lodge. Wel afhankelijk in welke lodge je overnacht. Het is een rustige omgeving met buiten Sapa. Met een taxi is alles prima bereikbaar…

Relaxing and peaceful location 20 mins away from busy Sapa city. Staff is very attentive and helpful specifically Vang. Amazing views from the room overlooking rice terraces.

During evening time there are many bugs flying around.

De belles chambres très joliment décorées, spacieuses, avec une vue superbe sur la vallée et les rizières en terrasse. Le personnel est attentionné et très aidant pour organiser les transports et les activités.

Les repas sont corrects mais ils manquent un peu de saveur.
