Great location near the sea. Our room was not directly by the sea. There was also a road and an empty lot between our balcony and the sea. We still had a sea view.

The walls are wooden and thin, but it didn't bother us because we were tired from the sea and fell asleep immediately.It is not good to go swimming near the hotel because there was a lot of sea grass. Without sea grass was the beach of the restaurant next door. In any case, you shouldn't expect a beach like the one in Tulum.

The hotel is clean and the air conditioning worked well even if it was a bit loud.

Location/Beach: The location is not very nice and the photos do not convey the reality. The hotel does not have any beach belonging to it, so the only real way to enjoy the beach is to go to a beach club/restaurant and buy drinks or food. Between the hotel and the beach is an unkept and empty lot which is not a pleasant view. Noise: It is extremely noisy! The hotel is built with overlapping raw wood slats so you can see light through the construction and hear *everything* outside. The hotel is located directly on the main street with motorcycle and auto traffic; therefore, you hear all the traffic all night. The hotel is located next to the pool area of the neighboring hotel where there was a party both nights we stayed there, and we were forced to listen to their music and loud banter. Friendliness: The hotel owner was not friendly, even to the point of being hostile, about our complaints with the noise (traffic anf party). We requested to shorten our stay by one night and receive a refund for the “unused night”. The owner refused. We then searched for a compromise and offered to pay 50% of the remaining “unused“ night where we would leave early. The owner refused and was “hostile” about the conversation. It simply isn’t a friendly place to stay. Summary: I can’t recommend staying here. We stayed in Mahahual for five more nights at a much nicer hotel (with beach access) for less money.

location, price cheaper than other hotels but still a bit expensive.

price a bit expensive for such a kind of hotel. they didn’t accepted credit card, internet didn’t work. the person in the information desk was not helpful. we needed to clarify something with the owner but he didn’t call him. we had to call by ourselves. For the ones who love animals and nature it would be a nice place as wall lizards love to live there in the ceiling and would walk around during night and leave some surprises in your bed. 😦

Terrible experience. We booked and paid for 2 nites. The booking ledger showed our 2 nites open when we booked Apparently after speaking to some locals this hotel does this often. Had to walk around and find another accommodation. They did give us our money back for 1 nite. Not an eco hotel...blue dye in toilet so environmentally toxic. Filthy dirty pillows . No hot water...terrible water pressure..had a dribble cold shower. Blessing in disguise not to have to stay second nite.

The cabins are big, comfortable bed, however you can hear everything from next door and upstairs, was terrible the kind of noise. I could hear from conversations to shower to toilet, really annoying. Next day I had early people so at 6:30 they start moving and doing noise so I woke up, I don't recommend them unless there is no one but you in the property. People behind the whatsapp very helpful, but doesn't compensate the thin walls/noise problem.

Few steps from the caribbean and everything, in front of the coral bareer , awesome palapas, awesome diving and snorkeling. The sea breeze from your balcony, we had a very nice estancy. We wish all the best!

Nice place to stay. The couple who owns the hotel where very nice and helpful. They had a big bottle of water in the room and a refrigerator which we enjoyed. It's at the end of the main walkway...so you are a little removed from too many people but still in the mix. Oh...and they had bikes for us to use which was very nice. We recommend staying there 😁🌻🤸

On a good spot in the beach and an easy walk from the bus if you don’t have masses of luggage. Drinking water provided and the fridge is handy. We booked this accommodation through Airbnb. It is however definitely a commercial operator (you are asked to tip staff, greeted by paid staff etc). Compared to other accommodation we have stayed in in the Yucatan (probably over a dozen places) this accommodation is expensive for what you get, but it is very close to the beach. There is zero sound insulation, you can hear a lot of noise from your neighbours (and they can hear you!)....even if they’re not being that noisy. When anyone used the aircon it was pretty loud. The WiFi is sketchy, we had to ask for it to be “reset” both mornings we were there.

We checked in at 2:30 pm on December 26 for 2 nights. The room is sparse, 2 beds and shelves, no place to sit and the bathroom is dark. The advertised "kitchen" had a tiny refrigerator, shelves and dirty drinking glasses. There was barely a dribble of water at the bathroom sink. Owner did a few "fixes" and said it was working. This happened several times. Finally, at 7:00 and still w/o water, we gave up! While my husband waited in the room, I found another place to stay and then asked for a refund. They REFUSED to give a REFUND saying the problem was almost fixed. I'm currently disputing the $243 USD charge with my credit card company.
