The place was dirty from the kitchen broken tiles ,the cusions of the stool bunk are diryt ,broken ,full of stains u can think they're wet .frigde is full of spider webs. No backup system for lights during load shedding. You can smell dust from the blankets ,old brown broken bed shits , spiders in the rooms , some of their beds are broken . On our second day the weather was raining two of our rooms were wet .roof was leaking and some were coming under the door.we call the receptionist she replies 'that plàce is a busy place and they never get complains before. About the bedding she said they washed once after 3months .no wifi ,no tv , .it was just a disaster they dont care about their clients .when you boil water you have to hold the kettle and press it until the water boiled

There's some shacks with dirty people (Hobo like); gate not working (no security) Place was dirty as well as linen

We were expecting a bigger pool than the one that was there. We woke up to dirty dishes from the day before.

Nothing beats getting perfect attendance & attention from the person you need by that time.Refilwe is a star of that place she always tried her best to make our stay nicer.

The beds are finished,the control of hot water in the shower needs serious taps are dripping,the walk in to the toilet is only built for slim people,the pots are very old & not good quality,the screen is so small,the pool is a No No..The yard has no best area for pictures to show you on holiday...the shacks destroy the whole look of the place.
