"Poor value in its present condition"

Location above the valley offers nice views

It is largely unfinished and the room or rooms that are ready have been poorly finished. It certainly isn’t worth the money in its present state though with more of it finished and facilities enhanced (wifi added, better water pressure etc) perhaps it will in time become worth it. I wish the owner well in achieving that
