Omurenga

Omurenga is a hidden gem in a breathtaking location. The view from the rooms is simply amazing und the scenic drives and nature walks are a great experience. The best part of the stay, however, was Marli, who made us feel so welcome and prepared the most delicious meals in the evenings.

Only one night

I think this is one of the most beautiful boutique hotels/lodges I have ever been to! What a great service! The hostess is the kindest and most professional I have ever seen (she even managed to arrange some vegan food!!). The food she and her staff prepared was beyond amazing. Everything is done with impressive attention to detail - the room decor, the pool, just wow! The views are unbeatable, perfect for a romantic getaway! I will recommend this magical place to everyone I know!

everything was perfect

Everything. The spotless cleanliness, ultra luxurious, and the perfection is seen in all small details. Perfect breakfast, lunch and dinner, spacious rooms, spectacular view, great infinity view, etc, etc,... But most of all, the hospitality of Mali, the perfect host. She gives a completly higher definition on what hospiltality is about ! Rating of 10 ??? Mali lifts it to a stunning 12/10 . Thank you for everything !

Unfortunately, we could only book 1 night, But I understand now why it is often fully booked.

Unfortunately the area was in a drought, but I do believe the scenic views will be great once it had proper rain.

This was the best place that we stopped in Namibia! The food was excellent !

The scenic drive was disappointing

Omurenga Lodge was one of the best properties I have ever stayed at (and by far the best we tried in our trip in Namibia). The location is very private and secluded, the lodge only has four independent cottages - these are very large (including the balcony) with huge windows and incredible views. The property has a nice infinity pool (not heated) with sun loungers. Breakfast and dinner are really good and the owner and her staff are super nice (thanks again for a great stay!). Super recommend!
