Beautiful cottage home - our room was cosy, comfortable and had all the essentials. The rest of the property, like the pool and gardens look amazing, though we didn’t have much time to explore it.

The only thing was the lock to our room didn’t work but that wasn’t a huge issue for us because we felt very safe there.

"I would not recommend as a bed and breakfast."

It was off the beaten track but very easy to get to, 10 minute drive to Warksworth. Had a great big bath tub that 2 could fit in comfortably. Bed not that comfortable and room was cold although it had a space heater. Had to pay for a glass of wine and breakfast was $25 if available which it was not. No TV. Grounds surrounding private house were very nice. Probably better in warm weather when you can use the pool. Owner was very nice and easy to talk to.

In listings as bed and breakfast but for this service I have never had to pay for wine or breakfast. Bed not very comfortable and no tv.
