Failure to adhere to the following regulations will result in nonrefundable charges and eviction. Please be aware that our rules are strictly enforced. Please refrain from booking if: You are planning a celebration involving a significant consumption of alcohol, such as birthdays, rugby events, bachelor & hens parties. While alcohol is permitted, it must comply with a 10 pm curfew. You are anticipating a lively party atmosphere during your stay. You provide inaccurate information about the number of individuals checking in. You plan to host a disruptive, all-night party. Your behavior is obnoxious and loud, causing disturbances for other guests. You make it challenging for other guests to enjoy their stay by being rowdy. You are unable to present a valid ID or credit card details upon request. Loud music is not permitted. We do not tolerate disruptive behavior, as our guests choose Kakapo Lodge for a peaceful and relaxing experience. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate eviction, and you will be prohibited from rebooking in the future. Please book if: None of the aforementioned intentions apply to you.
