Il fait très froid la nuit mais on nous offre une bouillotte pour mettre sous les couvertures.

Staying with Lina, Leonardo and their family was a truly unique experience and they couldn’t have been more hospitable. From the moment that Lina collected us from the port and drove us in the dark back to their home, to the delicious meals, and the tours of the lake and islands, nothing was too much trouble.

I had a lovely stay for 3 nights! Lina and her family were incredibly welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. She arranged transfer to and from port anytime I needed, booked taxis and even recommended/arranged tour guides. Dinner and breakfast were also delicious, a nice chance to chat with the hosts and other guests. Nights are pretty cold but I was given plenty warm blankets and hot water bottles. The sunset over the lake is beautiful - definitely an experience I’d recommend!

Super lieve mensen en een prachtig uitzicht. Het is ‘‘s nachts koud, maar ze komen heel lief een kruik brengen. Prima te doen.

De badkamer is - en dat is logisch voor een drijvend eiland - zeer primitief. Geen warm water, toilet niet kunnen doorspoelen etc. Goed om rekening mee te houden.

Extra pour voir le coucher du soleil sur l'île depuis cette magnifique terrasse et transat. Literie confortable. Soupe excellente.

Pas de taie d'oreiller ni de housse de couette, Repas très très basique. Excursion via le logement: bateau de 50 personnes ultra touristique et pas 18-20 personnes comme annoncé.

It was cozy and had lots of windows. Very cold at night but we got a warm bottle to put under the blankets which helped a lot.

When we went on a tour to another island we were not told that the tour was only in Spanish before we arrived at the other island.

Loved the fact that it was on a floating island, the owners could not have done any more for us- they were delightful. Helped us organise trips and taxis from the shore .
