The personal and truly individual attention to each guest is exceptionally warm, almost like relaxing in your own living room – just with a stunning view of the Kruger National Park. The room is full of character and perfectly complements the cozy, unique atmosphere. An absolute feel-good place that I can highly recommend!

Eines der besten Unterkünfte auf meiner 5 wichtigen Reise durch Afrika. Es war ein Traum. Super Anlage. Richtig nette Mitarbeiter, die sich um einen kümmern. Tolles und großes Zimmer. Und der View auf den Fluss, mit den Tieren, die dort ihre Zeit verbringen, einfach wow.

My stay at Kruger Private Lodge was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace, warmth, and welcome. The environment was incredibly quiet, serene, and deeply restful—exactly what anyone needs when seeking a true getaway. The owners treated us with such genuine care and kindness that we felt like family, not guests. Their hospitality was exceptional. Every detail—from the way they greeted us to the way they ensured we had everything we needed—reflected excellence, love, and authentic South African warmth. The lodge itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and surrounded by nature in the most breathtaking way. I felt very safe the entire time. This is a place where you can sleep peacefully, breathe deeply, and feel restored. Staying here was more than lodging—it was an experience, one that refreshed my spirit and renewed my strength. I highly recommend Kruger Private Lodge to anyone visiting the Mpumalanga/Kruger area. It is a place of rest, beauty, and unforgettable hospitality. Five stars is not enough—this lodge deserves ten. I will definitely be returning! 🌿🦓🦒 I loved seeing animals there.

Amazing place. The roads there require a four wheel drive.

The lodge has a truly breathtaking view — we spotted elephants, hippos, and other wildlife right across the river. Our room was incredibly comfortable and luxurious, and the food was excellent, especially the breakfast and the braai. We were also lucky to meet the owners, who are genuinely lovely and shared fantastic tips with us. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

Such a great place, clean, comfortable, beautiful surroundings and views, close to entrance to the park, it definitely exceeded all expectations (which were already high, given the ratings). The host Bertus was incredibly kind and friendly! Highly recommended!
