Het was prachtig hier. Geweldige kamer (en dat is eigenlijk niet het juiste woord) en zeer gastvrije ontvangst. Alles is perfect geregeld.

De ligbedjes bij het zwembad waren stuk. Lag niet echt comfortabel.

Prachtige locatie met zeer gastvrije hosts Sally en Loui. Het voelt als een tweede thuis in Zuid-Africa. Alles kan en niets is hun teveel. Diner is ook heel goed verzorgd. De sundowner door Loui is bijzonder met een fantastisch uitzicht. Wij hebben enorm genoten van dit verblijf.

The elephants hogged the pool and wouldn’t let us use it !

The lodge is beautifully decorated and easy to find and access. We loved the safari on the way in from the main gate to the lodge - seeing buffalo, giraffe, zebra, nyala. The hosts were incredible - so helpful, and non-intrusive. Our room was attached to a balcony that overlooked the river/dam, and we could watch game coming down to drink and sit out and watch the stars. It was truly peaceful, with nothing but the sounds of nature. There's no phone signal at the lodge, but the wifi was good. We wanted to relax and unwind and it was perfect for that. We did a little trip into Hoedspruit one day, and had lovely braais in the evenings. A big bonus was the experience of joining Louis in feeding the game in the morning and seeing the animals that closely was really a special experience! Also, I should mention that the provided breakfasts were delicious!

I have nothing negative to say. I was glad that we'd seen the notice to bring your own snacks and drinks, as there is no bar on site and we arrived well prepared. But, Hoedspruit is close and there are other stores in the area close to the lodge.

Super mooie en rustige locatie Super vriendelijk personeel en enorm goed eten ! Je komt hier echt tot rust. Mooie accomodatie.

Redelijk weinig licht in het badkamer gedeelte

un havre de paix. Les chambres super belles l'accueil avec notre nom sur la pancarte nous sent comme à la maison. Le rêve ! Le game drive au top ainsi que le service. Merci
