Thompho was there all the way to assist us with anything that we needed.. The rooms had a microwave, making it extremely convenient for anything we wanted. Thompho ensured we felt comfortable throughout our stay there.

The condition of the beds is extremely bad.. We were so disappointed upon arrival getting a worn out bed.. The beds there need an update they are not in any condition to be used by guest.. We were just fortunate that when we were unhappy with house the beds were and was about to cancel everything, Thompho changed the bed to a new one which persuaded us to stay.. The pool looks clean on the outside but requires deep cleaning, when we swim there are dirts from underneath that come out giving an indication of how long it had been since it was deeply cleaned.. The grass and lawn is not really taken care of. They definitely can do better than what we saw. They gave the facilities then just need to keep them intact.

I liked the bathroom and the bedroom as well.
