Maintainance of the place
ZAZAZAWe accidentally booked the wrong night. We only became aware of the fault the next day. We booked for the 3rd and actually needed the room for the 4th. The guesthouse did not even bother to call and find out about arrival. When we discovered the mistake, we phoned them and asked if they could assist whereby the guy just said the room was booked. Therefore, they had an open room. I understand this, but he could have been more of help by trying to offer accommodation for the 4th. I understand it was our mistake. I just think that they could have offered something at a better rate, maybe. I did not expect a free room. Just better customer service.
ZARoom was spacious and well equipped.
ZAThe breakfast menu varied everyday which was quite nice to have. The bnb is well kept and rooms are very clean and tidy.
There was a misunderstanding with management and myself however I didn’t appreciate how management handled the ordeal.
