The fact that the 3Beds room advertised on the site is some Cousy brick and mortar room, only to be checked into a Wendy room

Aircon not working - comes on but does not get cold No reasonable plug point for kettle has to be plugged in next to the bed in place of the lamp Bathroom is shockingly dirty - screen is entirely covered in limescale Fridge was filled with insects - had to get it cleaned before use Tiles broken all over the place Light for main room is outside the unit The most sorry excuse for self catering Basically a basement trying to be a room Backpackers accommodation at best We looked at 2 other room options and decided to stick with this - that says it all Cupboard doors don’t close and the dust just ensured all clothes stay in our luggage Cables hanging from the walls and ceilings aimlessly Freezer racks rusted Cutlery is packed in some throwaway container that used to be cotton candy Dishwashing liquid is in a bonaqua bottle Walls are dented and gouged at every point Main door has a 30mm gap at the top and is basically open Bathroom window handle broken - can’t close Burglar bars re welded and totally rusted Tiles broken around toilet roll holder - barely secured to wall Blinds not secured to wall by sliding door about to fall off Pots are filthy and burnt - cannot be used Pool is green and dirty Towels are ragged and torn
