The establishment is closer to some good restaurants and other attractions.

The host is not a friendly person & she's a very dismissive person shame.Demanded a payment before she could even show me my room"u owe me ..."can we just settle that 1st?I was also shocked by the follow up questions.As I entered and looked around the room she said "this is the room u booked"as if I said anything about it or otherwise.

Good location.

The host was extremely rude to my children, who had 2 guests in the apartment waiting for them while they showered after a round of golf. I sent the establishment an email to complain about the host's behaviour and rudeness, also explaining why the guests were there. 2 months later I still haven't received a response or acknowledgement of my email. I absolutely cannot recommend this establishment to anyone.

The breakfast was an omelet and home made bread. I enjoyed it The location was ok. It was not top of my list. I wanted to be close to the venue of a function I was attending.

Prior to my arrival I asked the distance from Sand River Lodge to the venue of my function. I did not like Anneke's response. The answer felt like she was tired of my questions when that was the first question I asked.
