Howard's Mountain Lodge

Lounges in the backpacker area were spacious and comfortable. Parking available. Mountain lodge feel.

Did not appreciate being made to feel that a mix up with our rooms, which could have been easily and politely resolved, was my fault. Unfortunately, that got, what could have been a pleasant stay, off to a rocky start.

Location. Ensuite and shared kitchen useful.

Lighting very poor in kitchen. Room had no heating and weather was very cold. Room would improve with a chair.

去年12月我從這一家旅社的網站直接預定2月26號的住宿，隨後我又發了信請他們取消。他們回信說沒有問題因為我訂的紀錄並未出現在他們的系統裡我無需擔心。隨後我又陸續寄了幾封信件希望可以得到取消確認。但是他們的服務團隊永遠不理不睬，在2月26號我收到了他們公司的刷卡確認。我隨後又寄了兩封信件給他們，同樣的結果他們公司還是不聞不問，這樣的服務團隊，無法線上取消預訂，寫信去也得不到確認，勿刷金額也不回覆，即使飯店溫馨，裝潢還好，但服務太差，特別是在訂單處理的部分客服回覆的部分，於是我的權利就被剝奪了，被誤刷金額我該怎麼辦呢才能夠聯繫到這個飯店的業主呢，他們打算這樣子嗎

Great location for getting to the Alpine Crossing.

We did reservation after finishing trail at 5pm and checked in in 1 hour. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful Good for 1 night stay, not longer

Not cleaned well - not sure if room we booked wasn’t mean to be rented that day or if it’s always like this. Lodge is quite outdated
