Staff were very accommodating & allowed me both an early check in & late check out. The room is fine and there is also a bar/pool area. They do not offer dinner but the hotel next door does and it was excellent.

The only real downside is it is located a long way out of the town centre and there are no restaurants etc nearby. But if you are wanting just a quiet and relaxing time it’s fine

Alle super nett.

Das Frühstück, wenig Auswahl. Die Lodge ist schon ein bisschen abseits. Das Problem, man kann abends nicht einfach mal das Gelände verlassen- Elefanten u.a. Tiere könnten den Weg kreuzen!!!

Staff was nice

There was no communication at all prior to my arrival. I sent messages asking whether they could arrange a pickup from the airport or organize a trip to Victoria Falls, but I received no response. Because of this, I had to rent a car, which significantly increased the cost of my short two-day stay.

We really liked everything about the property. It was calm, serene, and very relaxing.

The cleanliness could definitely be better. Some areas were dusty, and it seemed like only the visible places were cleaned. We also noticed a few spider webs.
