Cabane- Vila Crinul si Teodor Poiana Brasov

E prima data cand aleg o proprietate cu scor mic (7.4) si mi-am invatat lectia. Cabana a fost mult sub asteptari, invechita, curte neamenajata, fara apa calda, detector de gaz nefunctional (ni s-a spus sa il tinem scos din priza ca sa nu tipe) asa ca am stat cu geamul deschis non-stop la bucatarie, cabluri electrice atarnate, neizolate prin jurul proprietatii,, mucuri de tigara pe masa pe terasa, iar gazda, un hot nesimtit. Cabana are semineu, insa ca sa facem foc, aparent trebuia sa platim o roaba de lemne, 100 de lei. Cu toate astea, a trebuit sa umblam cu lanternele prin jurul cabanei, sa cautam lemne printre scanduri si resturi aruncate. Una peste alta, o experienta oribila care ne-a lasat un gust foarte amar. Daca vreti sa va bucurati de vacanta va sugerez cat se poate de insistent sa evitati aceasta proprietate.

- Bath didn’t drain - One shower was broken - Front light hanging off - Fire Extinguisher had no pressure - No toaster - Maintenance guy lived in the outbuilding - Not enough pillows - Working shower alternated between freezing and boiling

Location excellent, very warm

The property just needs a little bit of tlc and updating, nothing major but it would improve the property and facilities vastly, Main issues were when we arrived the smoke alarm was beeping due to flat battery, we pointed this out to the person that met us who unfortunately didn’t speak good English. I removed the alarm myself to show him the battery but didn’t get a clear response. I then messaged the owner and told him and expected somebody to come and change the battery but nobody came during the stay. The other alarm in house had already been removed so we had no working alarms in property during our stay. This is obviously not great in a wooden lodge! Also we had issues with hot water, supply to kitchen is very poor and sporadic. Bathroom taps are wrong way round, which we worked out eventually! Both showers are poor, one just needs a replacement shower head which again I reported to owner on first day and nothing done. Water sprays everywhere except where you want it! Other issues were dishwasher not working as previously mentioned by guests. Kitchen light not working so have to use a side lamp. No toaster or grill in property which would be useful.
