Alpine Escape Studios

Vlad is a very nice host, from giving us direction to the property to providing additional things we needed for our dog. The location is amazing, you can see that he worked hard for that place, and for the guests to feel welcomed. We will definitely come back!😇

Came back here 4 years later, this time with two of my dear friends and we had a lovely time. The deluxe studio had a terrace overlooking the breathtaking panorama. Clean, cosy and equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable stay and cook your food. Thank you, Vlad for hosting us. Would love to come back. Bonus: we had the most incredible double rainbow welcoming us when we arrived so we'll definitely remember this trip.

Vlad provided us with directions to the property and information about supermarkets. He was there to greet us and made himself available if needed. The views from the accommodation were spectacular

Local roads were unpaved

We always return with joy to Alpine Escape Studios. Why? Because both the Piatra Craiului and Bucegi mountains put on a spectacular show—clouds dancing around their peaks, sunlight piercing through, and the sky painted in sunrise and sunset colors. Right in front of Piatra Craiului, it feels like a sleeping dragon lies still, with a few cozy cottages built along its back. Step outside in the morning and walk left toward the panoramic viewpoint. There, you'll feel like you're sitting in a stone amphitheater. Just pause. Breathe. Listen. The scent of violets and wild thyme fills the air, surrounded by fruit trees and the songs of redstarts, tits, jays, finches, and long-tailed tits. And let’s not forget the cabin itself—always warm, always architecturally on point. And of course, Vlad, the Bucharest local who loves this place even more than the people born here!

The views and the tranquility of the place. Also Vlad, the owner is very kind. We would repeat in the future.

Make sure to check the weather forecast and to have a car accordingly (and maybe snow chains). Stay patient on the unpaved road (30 mins ish from Zarnesti).
