悟佐茶 Satori tea

Clean and comfortable. Homestay feel/B&B local feel. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, took us to dinner and bus stops to Alishan and also showed us around their tea plantation and held 2 tea tastings for us which was very kind.

Spacious comfy room, lovely owners who did an amazing tea tasting with us and were generally just lovely to chat to. Thank you!

The guest house is conveniently located, it’s easy to access Alishan with the bus, and we got to learn so much about tea and life in Taiwan from the couple of owners. They were incredibly kind and generous to us, and even drove us to a restaurant nearby so we could get dinner. This place is a gem!

Hospitable host, good-sized room, decent amenities. Room was a bit cold but host arranged an electric blanket.

The host couple was super friendly and accommodating. They picked us up from the bus and drove us to have dinner/take a bus to Alishan. In addition, they showed us how to properly the brew tea they themselves grow. Bed was super comfy.

Suuuper kind people they helped us as we had no car and he drove us arround when we needed. He also showed us his tea plantation and we did an amazing tea ceremony. They also speak good english so we could ask a lot of cultural questions about taiwan history and lifestyle. The room was big, good wifi and super clean. The place has amazing sunsets and its very comfortable. Also close from a bus stop if you come from Chiayi. 10/10

Well located. Nice owner. Large room, with kettle for tea.

Plenty of water on the bathroom ground when I arrived, with portable fan ON. A dehumidifier machine was ON too, in the room ! No bath towel (because « eco-friendly », as they say …). But a kind of « paper towel » to be used :( Bed and room were not clean :( Only cash accepted for paying the room :( I usually never post negative comments (see my other ones) but in that case, I did not like to be considered as « the tourist » … Sorry for that.

Staff was nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

It was difficult to get here without car or hiring taxi
