"Very pleasant and satisfying for our Alishan Tea Trip."

The business owner was very considerate and thoughtful of fulfilling our requests. He drove us to eat, to the bus station and the local tribal village as well as visiting the tea plantation to see the Jinxuan tea tree and Oolong tea tree.

"Nice staff, okay room, disappointed for the price"

Great helpful staff, clean, great tea included, main room looks nice

The hot water stopped working and turned cold 3 times during my shower, that was very unpleasant. The bed is quite hard, weird large single use wipes are given instead of real towels, it's less comfortable and wasteful
