"Fabulous place to stay. I would highly recommend."

Perfect location. Very close to the Park and Ride for York. Amazing attention to detail in the room itself. Everything was of a really high quality. The breakfast was perfect.

"Lovely place"

Its was a lovely place. About 15 min drive into York. Very clean and well kept. Lovely bathroom and bed was so comfy. Also the little breakfast hamper was great.

"Amazing weekend stay"

Lovely property and owners very polite and welcoming was a lovely weekend away not far from York at all… was lovely few nights after our wedding. Breakfast was lovely and the old potting shed was beautiful inside. Very clean. Thank you was a lovely stay.

"Definitely return should the occasion arise."

The attention to detail, all down to the excellent hosts Margie and Nick. The property is very private and detached, and a lovely breakfast was brought over in a hamper very discretely and at your requested time. Private patio. Really sets the standard.

"A Beautiful Property"

Beautiful private relaxing place with beautiful surroundings. We had a lovely stay and the potting shed has everything you need for a short stay and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We walked to the park and ride along an old cycle path which was a lovely walk of around 2 miles and took less than an hour. Nick & Margie were lovely hosts and just left you to it and were on hand if you wanted anything. We would highly recommend if you were visiting bustling York.
