Nice and quite, good value for money

The advertisement specified air conditioning while there was only a ceiling fan. The toilet in the bathroom with the bath kept running after flushes and the toilet in the bathroom with the shower was difficult to flush. The plug in the one room makes the lights flicker The towel rail in the bathroom with the bath is broken.

The views are gorgeous. Garden is well maintained. Area is quiet and very close to nearby farms and the Groot Brak River.

Kitchen and top bathroon are both dark and could do with extra ventilation.
