"For basic and minimal accommodations, it's fine."

Good location on the highway in the Costwolds region. Sheets and towels were clean. Check-in was easy.

No toiletries or blow dryer, even though they were mentioned in the description. Instant coffee was provided, but only decaf. No lobby or services on site that I could find.

The property is New and clean

The driveway into the parking area is atrocious!, it is full of deep holes, my son scratched his bumper trying to negotiate the deep holes!, This needs a new drive laying asap!. The kettle was full of rust! Which I have reported. The cut grass left behind by the mowers is an issue too as it end up in the house. The twin room is not wide enough for adult sized beds next to each other so I struggled to sleep well!, no room for stretching out.

Big enough for us comfy beds.

Kettle needs replacing or descaling so had to boil water in a pan. The road leading into the property really needs to be sorted out as it could cause some serious damage to cars.

The entrance to the complex is in need of repair. Large potholes!

"Lovely location disappointing accommodation and Facilities."

Lovely location

Poor quality threadbare carpet stained, outdated furniture low level appliances such as outdated TV. Kettle, oven etc No essential cleaning products. Plates, cups, class ware needed a good clean. Just a disappointing experience. No secure run(outside area) for the dogs. Outside areas appeared to belong to other quests.

Clean, spacious and warm. A nice quiet area.

Would have appreciated more tv channels or to be able to access YouTube on the tv. A new ironing board cover is needed in the property, it was the one thing the whole party noticed as soon as we went into the kitchen area. Not sure if you have any influence on the repairing of the driveway potholes, but we really needed to be careful driving over them.
