Grate place with perfect restaurant, garden and hiking trails!

Excellent Food… Very cozy Style of the Houses and restaurant. Be Award: it geht’s Suite cold at Night but there is Hearings and enough blankets…

The breakfast was excellent and we loved the location. We did a coffee tour and a birding tour with Oscar, who was brilliant. He helped us spot a Three Wattled Bell Bird, which is very rate.

The atmosphere is a little stiff. The fellows doing yard maintenance were super friendly and answered all my garden questions. The rest of the staff acted standoffish except for the young hostess. Which is very unusual for Costa Ricans. They are some of the friendliest people on the planet.

We had an amazing time! The restaurant is great and they organised two tours for us which were great!

The trail is very nice. The food at Al Mercat is amazing and well known by foodies across the country. The views are great!

Immersed in nature, nice looped trail on the property with great views. Spacious rustic rooms with a chimney and a small balcony. Great breakfast. Good value for money!

Bedroom floors were slippery, there was a lot of smoke contained in the room from the chimney. Dinner was just okay and not great value for money. There was also a missing a window lattice in the room.
