The location

Its more like a condo then cabin.you have people behind you that you can smell what shampoo tgey are usingThere's spider webs. Its filthy under the beds. No dressers a small close thar has no light in it. There's only I window in the bathroom to vent when taking a shower I got caught getting out with people walking by.the fire pit is cool but you have to pay for wood. The towels are like you get from the dollar store. Very unsatisfied the toilet hadn't been cleaned in awhile

lot of food options are around and it is close to west entrance of Yellowstone National park.

Beds are not as firm as I would expect. Secondly they do not offer cleaning during your stay.

"Excellent for a family vacation"

Family of five (3 small kids) fit comfortably, fan was offered for the heat, beds were comfortable.

Pillows were very flat, shower had no shelves, little kids had very little to do on site.

The location

Horrible customer service. We had an issue with the toilet the second night and didn't get a response till the following morning. I got charged $60 for 1 small, 1 medium and 1 large towel that they mentioned it had staines that didn't come off. For the same price, I would recommend better places around the area.
