There is no shop or restaurant within a 30-minute walk of the property. Guests traveling by plane are advised to leave New Chitose Airport by 15:00 to arrive at the property before 18:30. Please note that the set of stairs leading to the 2nd floor are steep and is practically a ladder. Children and guests with certain physical/health conditions may find it difficult to climb to the 2nd floor. Please note that this property does not accommodate children 5 years of age and below. Children 6 years and older are included in the guest count and can be accommodated. Guests are required to indicate the correct number of guests staying at the time of booking. If you arrive with a person who was not included in the guest count at the time of booking, you will not be accommodated at this property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
