price to high for the apartment

The accommodation was perfect. Quite and had all the necessary amenities. We loved our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially at the Sandbar - we added our family name to the bar, which was a great experience.

We took a walk around and it was a bit sad to see that some of the accommodation near the water was not yet complete - looked like it had been standing untouched for some time. Hopefully the correct marketing of the resort is happening as the play areas also looked untouched.

Waterpark was amazing

Accommodation need some updates as stove and toaster was not working. We were 4people in house but some of the things were available in 3s only

The setup is nice and can work but unfortunately a lack of maintenance and management made the stay not pleasant.

It was very dirty with spider webs everywhere, the toilet seat was full op pee drops from previous people that stayed there wasnt cleaned. The shower was either very hot or very cold could not find a medium heat. There were spiders and alot of flies in the room and bathroom. At 8 in the morning while we were still asleep a maintanace worker came to fix a door in the kitchen ourside made alot of noise and our cutains werent closed at that moment it was very akward! And when we left the door wasnt even fixed so all that noise for no reason very unprofessional!

Quiet, peaceful atmosphere at our chalet. The waterslides were a treat. The waiters were very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you.

It was all good.

A peaceful location far from anything that makes noise. The reception staff are really friendly they welcomed us nicely. The tents gave a bush experience that we needed. Privacy is guaranteed 👌👌👌

The kitchen wasn’t properly cleaned, there are a lot of spiders there and spider webs were everywhere, Even in cupboards so we had to doom and clean ourselves which wasn’t nice. The cleaning ladies even in the morning when they came to clean we weren’t impressed they really act like they doing you a favour when cleaning and didn’t clean properly so that was quite annoying.

The kids loved the slides and swimming pools the most. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the camp area.

The monkeys is alot and they destroy most of your things. The shower: We were struggling to get the right temperature. And our drain kept clogging up and smelling. The units needs 2 point plugs for chargers. Units needs some plasticware aswell. And the tuckshop is very expensive. They did not have basic things like 2L kingsley colddrinks ect.

Great facilities and layout. Very good safety guards around the pool area and the super tubes! Good waiter service at the pool.

The accommodation was not clean. There were a lot of cob webs and a lot of spiders in the chalet in the kitchen and on the beds in the tent. A large spider fell into the back my wife's t-shirt. The high number of cob webs and spiders made the stay very uncomfortable for the children and my wife.
