Staff is super friendly and helpful. It was very easy to book a safari trip to Amboseli NP.

We booked a double room and only got a single room. They offered it to a lower price, which was actually the booking.com price with my genius discount. Still fair priced.

Very friendly staff. The lady was very responsible and helpful.

They were very cooperative and helped us with everything. They arranged Game Drives for us, made us delicious meals. Also the rooms were very clean and well organised. Although the property is 30 mins from Kimana Gate, that didn’t affect our Game Drives at all. Very satisfied with the stay. Definitely recommended.

Nothing much. Maybe a little more availability of hot water would have been better. But overall we really liked the stay.

The staff was helpful , friendly and good customet care. Very heavy welcome breakfast unfortunately its not the kind of food we prefer.

Rooms were hot and one of the rooms did not have a misquito net. May consider providng a service for residents dinner meals. The residents can pay as directed.

The location is fantastic! You literally see Mt. Kilomanjaro from the steps of the hotel and the room they assigned us had the window facing the mountain as well. The lady at the reception (I forgot her name) was extremely kind and helpful. We arrived in the afternoon when Mt. Kilomanjaro wasn't visible anymore, but she advised us of the best time to see it, which was early morning. The next morning around 5:45am we were allowed to go to the rooftop of the hotel for the best view! We took so many pictures and videos. It was magical. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious. The beds came with mosquitoes nets which we really didn't need because the room was naturally cool and no mosquitoes were around. The bed was so soft and we had a TV to watch Nollywood films 😂

The only thing is the bathroom is a bit tight. The shower and toilet overlap.... but its functional and gets the job done.
